Troubleshooting

CSV Format Errors

Make sure your first row contains headers and the url column is present. Download our CSV template for the correct format.

Large Exports

EdgeURL supports up to 500 links per import. For larger exports, split your CSV into multiple files.

Special Characters

Ensure URLs are properly encoded. Commas in titles should be within quotes.
